Preorder payment and dispatch
LunaKare is operated by SSC LLC. Self-installation kits can be prepaid online in full, with no batch quantity cap. Your order is confirmed after successful payment, with dispatch expected in December 2026. Orders and receipts are available in your account. If dispatch is delayed, we will notify you of the revised date and offer acceptance of the delay or cancellation with a full refund. Separate inquiry forms are free and do not create paid orders.
Prices, shipping and import charges
Dispatch from Taiwan is expected in December 2026. Fixed shipping is NT$150 per order in your region. Product taxes are included, and LunaKare covers import taxes, duties and clearance fees. If a carrier requests payment, contact service@lunakare.com. Dispatch is not the arrival date.
Self-installation and home installation
Self-installation is free and includes setup instructions. Indicative home installation in your region starts at NT$4,800. Coverage, site conditions and a final quote must be confirmed before installation payment. Quotes are valid for seven days; installation dates are agreed separately.
Software and subscriptions
Basic is NT$99 per month, including seven-day history and device status. Activation includes two free Basic months and a 30-day Plus trial; neither renews automatically. Plus is NT$299 monthly or NT$2,990 yearly per space, with 90-day history, trends and 12-month summaries. Renewal begins only after you actively subscribe.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancel before dispatch at service@lunakare.com for a full refund of products and shipping to the original payment method. Request a return within 14 days of receipt, retaining devices, accessories and packaging. LunaKare arranges and pays return shipping and processes the refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Contact support for defects, shipping damage or missing parts to arrange replacement parts, repair, replacement or refund. Local statutory rights remain unaffected. Performed installation is handled separately. Cancel subscription renewal through billing; access remains until the paid period ends.
