EVERYDAY CARE

Help lets the resident initiate a request. Together with Sense and Family, it distinguishes the button press, hub receipt, notification and family follow-up.

A place in everyday life

01

Within comfortable reach

Start with places the resident uses often and choose a location that is easy to find and operate.

02

A request from the resident

When contact or help is needed, the resident presses the button to express that request.

03

Family follows up

Agree in advance on who will contact the resident and what to do after a notification arrives.

YOUR HOME, YOUR SETUP

A setup that fits your family.

Find the right setup
What to combine
Coordinate Help with Sense, Family and family contact settings. Confirm button placement, reception conditions and how family members receive notifications.
Placement and observation area
Choose placement around the resident’s routines and ability to use the button, then confirm the connection to the hub. Follow the formal product instructions for environment and mounting.
Power, connectivity and maintenance
Power, battery maintenance and connectivity are confirmed with the final setup. Remote notifications require the relevant devices and network to operate; delivery during outages must not be assumed.

Understand the context and the scope.

Delivery and follow-up are separate

A button press, hub receipt, notification delivery and family follow-up are different stages. A delivered notification does not mean someone has acted.

A way to ask family for help

Help does not dispatch professional responders or guarantee that someone will take every request. Families should agree on a separate contact plan if nobody responds.

These introductions explain product roles and combinations. Confirm actual features, accessories, service regions and conditions in the formal product and service descriptions.
