Our privacy promise
Inquiry information
We use your name, email, region, city, postal code and optional contact details and preferences to respond to your inquiry. Full addresses and family health information are not needed. Marketing is a separate, optional choice, unchecked by default.
Retention and deletion
Unconverted inquiries are retained for 180 days by default. You may request correction or deletion; members can submit a request through Privacy & support. Completed orders and legally required records follow the final retention policy. Backups rotate and deleted records are not used for routine service.
Device data and sharing
The product is designed to record object activity, signal times and device status, without video or audio. Object activity cannot prove medication or meals or establish health or falls; possible-fall events come from a separate module and still require human confirmation. Purchasing does not grant activity access; activation requires resident consent and sharing can be revoked.
Providers and locations
The site uses Google Firebase / Google Cloud, with its primary database in Tokyo. App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise prevent abuse; AWS SES / Mail Manager delivers account and service messages.
